CITI acquires Jetson Network Corporation

Toronto, January 15, 2008: The IT services market in the GTA just grew a little smaller today (or a little larger, depending on your point of view) as Consolidated Information Technologies Inc. announced its acquisition of Jetson Network Corporation.

With annual gross sales of approximately one half a million dollars, Jeston provides computer technology support services as well as hardware and software sales to small and medium sized businesses in the GTA. The privately owned company has been in business for 7 years.

According to Scott Lepore, Managing Director of Consolidated, "We are quite excited about this deal. Both Jetson's client list and value proposition are perfectly aligned with [CITI's].
